Kirk Grantham
Kirk Grantham is the founder and shareholder of The Grantham Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, which law firm is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. He is also the owner of Standard Title Insurance Agency, Inc. He has an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been serving as Special Magistrate in the Circuit Court Case of Elizabeth Daniels, et al vs. Joseph Daniels, et al since 2007.
Mr. Grantham is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Wills, Trusts and Estates and Real Property Law, being included in the group of less than one-half of one percent of attorneys who have this dual certification. He graduated from the University of Mississippi and University of Mississippi Law School followed by several years of employment with the Internal Revenue Service in West Palm Beach.
Mr. Grantham is the former President of the Downtown West Palm Beach Kiwanis Club, the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Heart Association and the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Boards of Leadership Palm Beach, Armory Arts Center, YMCA, Kiwanis Foundation and the Vestry of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. He is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. He is the former Chairman of the Judicial Poll Committee and the Probate Court Advisory Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Mr. Grantham is the Chancellor of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in West Palm Beach as well as a Vice-Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida.
Mr. Grantham resides in the Historic Grandview Heights neighborhood of West Palm Beach with his wife Cheryl where they operate the Casa Grandview Bed and Breakfast. They have received an award from the City of West Palm Beach for Historic Preservation.
